  18.           Welcome to the first February issue of the Weekly Bookmark. In
  19.           the course of the next couple of weeks, you will begin to see
  20.           some changes here at the Weekly Bookmark. Thom Byxbe and
  21.           Knowledge Technologies, Inc. will begin to assist me in
  22.           redisigning the Weekly Bookmark and how it is distributed.
  23.           Don't fret if you see a couple of test messages in your
  24.           mailbox, it's just Thom testing the server. Also, the changes
  25.           will not affect the content of the Weekly Bookmark. It will
  26.           only improve the outward appearance.
